I am seated in the lounge at JFK awaiting my flight to Paris and the Lord has arrested me. I have to release what I am hearing, pen it down and shout it out!!! The word “engage” has been stirred up in my spirit lately. As I consulted the Lord about this He clearly showed me
His intentions with His bride and where much emphasis is placed by the Spirit of God in this hour.
The meaning of the word engage is too; Occupy, attract or involve someone’s interest or attention.
Other words for engage is too; win, capture, grab, arrest, draw, attract and even absorb!
Wow!!!!! When I looked at the meaning of the word “engage” His voice erupted in my spirit! His presence is so thick in the earth that it needs to be absorbed by His people. We are meant to involve God’s interest and attention.
The hour is here to attract and absorb His glory to our lives, our families, our businesses, our work place and to every part of our existence.
The Lord is in “expression” mode. He seeks open hearts and minds that refuses to be intimidated by any other voice that wants to control and limit our lives. Voices that confuse, set limitations, pollutes the gospel and produces fear in the hearts of people.
The Lord is overturning any table that does not have HIS cutlery spread out on it. NO cutlery will do but HIS cutlery today. The only meal that will satisfy will be the meal placed before us prepared by the Holy Spirit. This will be the only satisfying meal. This meal will allow us
to engage, arrest and produce the sound of heaven on earth to our enemies (which are the enemies of the kingdom), to secular voices and the world at large who has been scheduled by heaven to hear and experience the power of truth.
The Lord is generous with His glory.
Psalm 84:10-12 MSG
[10-12] One day spent in your house, this beautiful place of worship, beats thousands spent on Greek island beaches. I'd rather scrub floors in the house of my God than be honored as a guest in the palace of sin. All sunshine and sovereign is GOD, generous in gifts and glory. He doesn't scrimp with his traveling companions. It's smooth sailing all the way with GOD- of-the-Angel-Armies.
The Word states very clearly that this whole earth is saturated with His glory. His glory has been destined for His people! There is no one else that can absorb His glory but us. There is no one else that can release His glory but us. We are His chosen generation, His royal
priesthood and His holy nation. We have been chosen for the greatest uprising the earth has ever witnessed. It will not be for any recompense…..it will be because of love filled hearts. Love for Him and His presence!
We need to allow the Lord to have His way. We need to allow the Lord to bring His holy broom into the depths of our hearts sweeping us out and cleaning us up.
This will allow our hearts stoma’s (stoma is a pore in the outer layer of a plant leaf or stem that allows gases to go in and out) to absorb, reflect and release His glory in and through us. I hear the Lord saying some of us has the stoma’s of our hearts clogged up…..they need
to be cleansed so it can absorb His glory and release His glory!!
Engage with the Lord’s process in your life. Let go what needs to be let go off. Release what needs to be released. Forgive what needs to be forgiven. LET GO! Release! Now absorb His glory! Absorb His presence! Absorb His purpose for you! Your life is saturated with His glory! Arrest His glory!
The Lord instructs us in;
Psalm 96:2-3 MSG
[2-3] Shout the news of his victory from sea to sea, Take the news of his glory to the lost, News of his wonders to one and all!
Let us be Bezalel and Oholiab and engage with eagerness with the Spirit of God. The moment we do this we will be His glorious temple carrying the weight of His glory. It’s time.
Exodus 36:2-3 MSG
[2-3] Moses summoned Bezalel and Oholiab along with all whom GOD had gifted with the ability to work skillfully with their hands. The men were eager to get started and engage in the work. They took from Moses all the offerings that the Israelites had brought for the work of constructing the Sanctuary. The people kept on bringing in their freewill offerings, morning after morning.
Let us take from the Lord what He seeks of us to receive and engage in our purpose, our mantle, gifts, call and mandate and execute what we were meant for on
earth. Let us occupy, attract and involve God’s interests and attention to release His glory through our engagement with the Spirit of God.
I am about to board my plane with the sound of heaven in my heart.
